I recently rented a dumpster for a partial house clean out. Both Sondra and Barry were an absolute pleasure to work with, from that very first phone call to the final pickup. Sondra & Barry couldn't have been nicer or easier to work with. When Barry delivered the dumpster, he took the time to explain how to operate the door locks and answered all the other questions I had. The bin arrived and was picked up promptly on time and placed in the exactly spot I wanted. I think Bin There Dump That is the only company you should call if you need a bin!

Great service! Sondra was a delight to work with. They had a dumpster readily available in the size I needed. I called a couple of other places which didn't have availability for weeks! We had to ask for an additional 7 days, I didn't give them but 1 day notice and it wasn't a problem! Great folks, I recommend them 110%!

Most excellent service! We’ve used them 3 times now and it’s the only company we will use! Very friendly! Even helped break down and throw away a couple things my kids forgot to put in last minute. I ordered a 10 cubic yard dumpster both times for a home remodel cleanup. After trying several times to load a pickup truck and haul junk to the dump myself, renting a dumpster was an absolute relief. The first time I inquired about a bin delivery, I e-mailed the company through their website and received a call back the same day to talk more about details and schedule a delivery. The second time, I called the company directly and received a bin within a few hours. They even remembered my information from the first delivery. The day before my scheduled pick-ups, I received a phone call to confirm the pick-up. Both times, I need a few extra days to finish loading the bins so the company graciously let me extend my rental period. When they came to pick up the bins, I didn’t need to be present for them to haul off the bins. And, they place wood braces under the dumpster to protect your driveway. After they haul away the dumpster, I got an e-mail confirmation receipt for my rental. As far as pricing goes, they’re about the same cost as most other dumpster rental companies and cheaper than some companies. I especially like that their pricing includes a week-long rental, so I don’t need to calculate the cost of the bin plus the number of days I’ll need to rent it. For the sizing, I considered a 6 cubic yard dumpster both times and I’m so glad I chose the 10 cubic yard because I had so much more to haul away than I thought. The sizes and measurements they list on their website are completely accurate, so I’m not sure why I really thought the bins would be a little bigger. Initial post: Fast and easy delivery and pick up. They were friendly, professional, and communicative.

I’ve used Bin There Dump That twice now and they’re incredible.10/10, would rent again. For those who want quick pros/cons:

Pros: Responsive, communicative, friendly, reasonably priced, speedy delivery, no-fuss pick-up.

Cons: Honestly, the bins are smaller than I imagined, but the sizes listed on their website are 100% accurate so that isn’t the company’s fault. If you’re stuck between two sizes, pick the larger! (You probably have more to haul off than you think.)

I rented a bin for a home project. Up front pricing on the website was what sold me. The delivery was prompt and the driveway protection was a nice addition. Communication with the company was easy and trouble free. Extending the service was as easy as sending an email. The pick up was great, the driveway was swept and left in the same condition it was before the bin.

We have rented two different times and have been so pleased with Sondra's customer service and communication. The bins came both times clean and ready to use and came on time. They were very accommodating when we needed a couple of extra days. We will be renting another again in another few months.

Super Professional service! Great friendly professional people to work with. Always punctual and did everything they said they would. I rented a #10 and filled it up twice not realizing I had so much to get rid of (12 year accumulation). I definitely recommend them to everyone. The dumpster was so convenient to use. I was in Tulsa about a month ago to clean out the garage at my grandfather-in-laws house after he passed away. We used a 20 yard dumpster.
